Our service

We offer a digital platform to sell gift cards directly from your own website. We take care of the setup, design, payment gateway, and the management of sending digital gift cards to buyers.

No. We integrate our gift card platform as an additional tab within your website, without needing you to already have your own e-commerce.

Yes. Each company can choose the colors, logo, text, and images of its gift cards so they are 100% aligned with its brand.

Yes. You can offer different gift cards for various experiences (menus, getaways, treatments, etc.), with independent prices and conditions, as well as gift cards for a specific amount.

In general, the full implementation process can be done in 7-10 working days, depending on how quickly we receive the content (texts, photos, etc.).

Gift cards are designed so they can be printed. This way, each customer decides whether to use the digital format or the physical one.

Each gift card is associated with a unique code that allows the establishment to validate the purchased card.

Payments and financial conditions

We work with a commission model per sale made. The percentage for each sale is 5%.

We take care of everything. We process the payment and assume the POS commission: within the first 5 days of the following month we settle the gift cards, deducting the commission.

There are no implementation or maintenance costs. Our model is based solely on the commission for each sale made.

Management and functionalities

Yes. We give you access to a dashboard where you can see sales in real time, the gift cards sold, dates, amounts, and other useful metrics.

Yes, but you can define the validity of each gift card yourself (for example, 6 months, 1 year...). This information will appear clearly in the email and the PDF received by the buyer.

Yes. You can specify conditions of use (for example, only valid on weekdays, or outside peak season) that will be clearly shown before purchase.

Support and after-sales

We provide technical support and customer service, but issues regarding booking or service availability are handled directly by the company offering the experience.

Yes. The gift cards are meant to be gifted. The buyer can include the recipient’s name and a personalized message, but the card will be automatically emailed to the buyer, who can then choose to forward it or print it.

Promotion is the responsibility of each company, but we offer advice and tools to help you make the most of it (landing pages, social media integration, etc.).
